How do I make a referral?

If your hospital uses FollowUp.Clinic, you should see a set of blue referral buttons. Click one to make a referral.

Why am I seeing the login page before I can make a referral?

If you are seeing the login page (rather than blue referral buttons) this is because your terminal is not recognised.

How do I log in from home?

The best way to log in from home is by connecting to your hospital network via a VPN. In exceptional circumstances direct home access can be granted.

Where do I find help on particular tools?

When you are logged in, the help button will take you directly to detailed information about whichever tool you are using.
